Welcome to the Scharrer family's real life story! Most of our story is written for, and about, our four kids and the spice they add to our lives. It's our story of happiness, craziness, and sometimes ridiculousness. We've journaled through childbirth, the terrible two's, private school (and our public school experience), an autism diagnosis, medical school, residency, and long-term mission work in Africa.

Now we're following a new adventure, which involves a 45 foot motorcoach, homeschool, and as many ski slopes as we can go down in one year.

For posts from while we were living in Zimbabwe and updates about our future plans in Zimbabwe, please see our mission blog...

Daddy's Last Game

The church's softball league, team Nimrods, finally came to an end on Monday night when they got third place in the playoffs. Before the game, while the team was warming up, I took Maida to play at the park. She made friends within a minute of being there and was already holding hands and playing with her three new friends! During the game she kept herself busy playing with all of her buds from church.
We all wore red to cheer the team on.
(My intention was for these pictures to get bigger when you click on them, however I think since my Picasa account is full, they aren't technically loading as "images" - anyone have any advice or knowledge about this?)
